Plenty of thought and planning went into this one, no ordinary proposal – but then every proposal is special.Finding the right engagement ring was essential to this remarkable proposal story. Jake had covertly done his research into diamonds and the design of the ring Abigail would like and knew he was looking for a princess cut solitaire engagement ring. He came to Biagio, as a keen rugby player for Bicester Rugby Club which Biagio the Jewellers sponsors “We always try and support the businesses that support us. My decision to purchase was the sparkle of the ring. The staff were fantastic and didn’t give a typical sales pitch – informative rather than salesy. It was strange, I walked in, asked about engagement rings and it jumped out at me – I knew that was the one!”He discussed the proposal with the dive school when he was diving there earlier in the year and they said they could help. As a double surprise he arranged for Abigail’s sister to visit the day before.
