On the day

Your jewellery is left with us and appraised on the day. Your jewellery will be cleaned, if necessary, and prepared for valuation. The valuer will then examine your items and also provide you with some fascinating written snippets about their history and origin. Vital information about your items will be recorded, including types and sizes of gemstones, types of metals, and workmanship.
