Please note, we cannot accept returns for worn or customised jewellery. To return an item, use Royal Mail Special Delivery for insurance, wrap it securely, and send it to Biagio the Jewellers, Pioneer Square, Bicester, Oxon OX26 6FA. Alternatively, return it to our Bicester or Thame stores.
