When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Service. The order will require signing for, please give a delivery address where you will be available to receive the items. This will be used as proof of delivery. If there is no-one to sign for the item a card will be left giving the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect the item from your local Royal Mail depot.We aim to send out orders on the same day they are received subject to availability of stock. We will send you confirmation of your order by email. If for any reason there is a delay with your delivery we will contact you straight away. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Service, however please allow 5 working days for delivery.
How do I get my jewellery or gift personally engraved?
Jewellery and gifts can be engraved to add a special thoughtful touch. Many styles are available to choose from and we also offer the engraving of a specialist seal or family crest service.All our repair or design services carry our own personal guarantee of quality. How will my jewellery or gift order be delivered?
If you choose a Royal Mail Signed For™ or Special Delivery option, a signature will be required on delivery. Please enter a delivery address where you will be available to receive the items; the delivery address can be your workplace or home. If there is no-one to sign for the item, a card will be left giving you the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.
