How will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the cardholders address and will require the cardholder’s signatory. This will be used as proof of delivery. The cardholder needs to be available to sign for the delivery. If someone without authority signs for the purchase at the cardholders address, it will not be the responsibility of Biagio the Jewellers.

Can orders be placed outside the UK or delivered outside the UK?
No, we only take orders and deliver to the cardholders address in the UK.

How can I check on an order I placed with Biagio the Jewellers.com?
You can check on your account for a list of your orders with current status, edit your stored addresses/e-mail/password under the area My Acount.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Normally we would deliver orders within 7-10 days subject to stock availability. If your order is likely to be delayed we will contact you immediately.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

How do I know when my order has been received?
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
