Biagio the Jewellers now offers a Click and Collect service.

This means you can now purchase your jewellery online, and collect from whichever store you choose:

• Bicester
• Thame

Once you have selected your jewellery online, select 'Click & Collect' at the checkout and pick a store and date to suit you. Arrive at the store, view your purchased jewellery and choose to have it luxury gift wrapped with our compliments.

How will my jewellery be delivered?

We offer free delivery from Biagio the Jewellers on all purchased items. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Service and will require signing for. Please enter a delivery address where you will be available to receive the items; the delivery address can be your workplace or home. If there is no-one to sign for the item, a card will be left giving you the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.

When can I expect my jewellery to be delivered?

We aim to send out orders on the same day they are received, subject to availability of stock. We will send you confirmation of your order by email. If for any reason there is a delay with your delivery, we will contact you straight away. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Service, but please allow five working days for delivery.

How do I know that my order has been received?

We will send you confirmation of your order by email, detailing the jewellery or gifts you have ordered. If for any reason there is a delay with your delivery, we will contact you.

Jewellery and gifts can be engraved to add a special thoughtful touch. Many styles are available to choose from and we can also offer the engraving of a specialist seal or family crest.

We have a registered valuer for insurance and probate services. Biagio the Jewellers is registered with the main insurance companies as both Replacement Specialists and Claim Advisors.

New service: As an Associate Member of the Jewellery Guild Company, we are able to offer a complete service handling your claim from ‘Loss’ to ‘Replacement’. Handling the necessary insurance company or loss adjuster queries on your behalf often helps to lighten the load at a time which can be stressful.

Our luxury free gift-wrapping service has become the hallmark of shopping at Biagio the Jewellers. It is iconic with our customers; the little gold-wrapped box from Biagio has become part of present-giving in homes far and wide especially at Christmas.

Your jewellery will be presented in a beautiful box gift wrapped in luxurious gold paper with twirling gold silk ribbons. We will write your special message in a matching gift card. This is a truly deluxe gift-wrapping service which we offer with our compliments.
