The right to return the goods to us will not apply if the jewellery has been worn or has been made or customised specifically for you.

To return an item of jewellery:

We advise returning your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery for insurance purposes. Wrap the item securely as you received it, and send to Biagio the Jewellers, 19 Crown Walk, Bicester, Oxon OX26 6HY. Alternatively you can return it to one of our retail stores at Bicester or Thame, Oxfordshire.

This refund policy refers only to online purchases and therefore is not applicable to purchases made in our retail outlets.
