Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Service. The order will require signing for, please give a delivery address where you will be available to receive the items. This will be used as proof of delivery. If there is no-one to sign for the item a card will be left giving the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect the item from your local royal mail depot.

We aim to send out orders on the same day they are received subject to availability of stock. We will send you confirmation of your order by email. If for any reason there is a delay with your delivery we will contact you straightaway. The cardholder needs to be available to sign for the delivery if they are not available a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

We are confident at Biagio the Jewellers that you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you are not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund on goods returned to us within 14 days. When we receive the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid.

To Return an Item of Jewellery

We advise returning your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery service for insurance purposes. Wrap the item securely as you received it to Biagio the Jewellers, 19 Crown Walk, BIcester, Oxon OX26 6HY. Alternatively you can return it to our retail stores at BIcester or Thame, Oxfordshire

This refund policy refers only to on-line purchases and therefore is not applicable to purchases made in our retail outlets.
