01. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Service and will require signing for, please enter a delivery address where you will be available to receive the items, the delivery address can be work or home. This will be used as proof of delivery. If there is no-one to sign for the item a card will be left giving the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect the item from your local royal mail depot.
We aim to send out orders on the same day they are received subject to availability of stock and payment being cleared. We will send you confirmation of your order by email. If for any reason there is a delay with your delivery we will contact you straightaway..
06. How can I return or exchange jewellery?
We are confident at Biagio the Jewellers that you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you are not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund on goods returned to us within 14 days. When we receive the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid.
Buying a Christmas Present? We extend our offer of a refund or exchange of goods returned to us until Saturday 16th January 2010.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply if the jewellery has been worn or have been made or customised specifically for you
To Return an Item of Jewellery
We advise returning your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery service for insurance purposes. Wrap the item securely as you received it to Biagio the Jewellers, 19 Crown Walk, BIcester, Oxon OX26 6HY. Alternatively you can return it to our retail stores at BIcester or Thame, Oxfordshire
This refund policy refers only to on-line purchases and therefore is not applicable to purchases made in our retail outlets.
02. How do I get my jewellery or gift personally engraved?
Jewellery and gifts can be engraved to add a special thoughtful touch. Many styles are available to choose from and we also offer the engraving of a specialist seal or family crest service.

03. How is my gift wrapped and packaged?
Our luxury free gift-wrapping service has become the hallmark of shopping at Biagio, Oxford Jewellers. It is iconic with our customers, the little gold wrapped box from Biagio’s has become part of giving loving presents in homes far and wide especially at Christmas.
Your jewellery will be presented in a beautiful box gift wrapped in luxurious gold paper with twirling gold silk ribbons. We write your special message in a matching gift card, a truly deluxe gift-wrapping service with our compliments.
Your free delivery is sent by us through Royal Mail Special Delivery service or another carrier during the royal mail post strike

05. How will my jewellery or gift order be delivered?
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery or another Carrier during the postal strike to the cardholders address and will require the cardholder’s signatory. This will be used as proof of delivery. The cardholder needs to be available to sign for the delivery if they are not available a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
07. How do I find out about the latest collections and events?
Join the Biagio VIP Club online, sign up for exclusive website offers, news and events and be the first to preview new collections.
08. Can orders be placed outside the UK or delivered outside the UK?
No, we only take orders and deliver to the cardholders address in the UK.
